September 16 – International Day For The Preservation of The Ozone Layer

Accepting The Science And The Inevitable

Ozone

This first step is crucial. As a consequence of all our actions, gaseous compounds have been released into the atmosphere. One such dangerous class of compounds is the chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) gaseous compounds consisting of chlorine, fluorine and carbon. All these might sound pleasant to you, but your 8th standard chemistry teacher would disagree. And scientists around the world would say the same thing.

The science is right there and speaks for itself. If not 1 but 90% of the scientists around the world says it exists, then this issue is as obvious and real as it gets and that the consequences are dire if we continue in our ignorance and denial. The world and the individuals living on it would do well to accept this if they wish to continue their current state of residency.
