2. Russia – The Steady Competitor
Although its economy is reeling, Russia scarcely compromises on its military front. The numbers speak for themselves – more than 8000 nuclear bombs, more than 60 submarines and a military budget of $64,000,000,000. It has more than 3000 aircrafts and 15000 tanks. In fact, it is the latest entrant in the Syrian war and is expected to reshuffle the cards in this regional conflict.
