The fact that the capital of India made it to the list of Top 5 Indian Happy Cities is a surprise. After all with the power games going on in the corridors of politics, the dengue outbreak and security issues, it is difficult to digest that Delhites are actually among the happiest people in India! Nonetheless, Delhi is right there because of its people. The denizens of the city are happy because of their family ties, work, social status and forging relationships beyond their family and neighbors. Wow!
