Garlic with honey

Raw garlic can be consumed with honey early in the morning to induce weight loss. Peel 2-3 garlic cloves and crush them, now add some raw honey to it. After keeping this for a few minutes consume it. This is an easy way to consume raw garlic as the addition of honey helps you to ingest it without tasting the garlicky taste. It gives a great boost to the metabolism when consumed in the morning on an empty stomach. Garlic can also be consumed with honey tea if you face difficulty in eating garlic. To prepare this add one tablespoon of raw honey and garlic cloves in warm water and consume.

Lime juice and garlic

This can be considered a great drink for weight watchers as both lime juice and garlic can promote weight loss. Boil one glass of water and add the juice of one lemon and 1-2 crushed cloves of garlic to it. Mix, keep this for a few minutes, and consume it in the morning. This can help you lose weight and also reduce the chances of weight gain when consumed regularly on an empty stomach. It boosts the process of fat burning and helps in losing stubborn fat. You can also add ginger paste or powder if you enjoy the taste of it.

 Roasted garlic

This works for the people who face difficulty in consuming raw garlic or if you are sensitive to it. Since it is roasted you can consume it more as compared to raw garlic. To make this, peel the garlic bulb and remove the top of the garlic. Keep the garlic in the baking utensil and add some olive oil to it. Now cover them with aluminum foil and keep them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Once the cloves are slightly soft remove them. Now, these garlic cloves can be added to various dishes like pasta or can be eaten with bread also.
